SMO Medical Technologies assesses the Research Site’s therapeutic profile, infrastructure, team experience, available patient base and readiness for clinical trial conduct.
After the site joins the network, we help prepare it for new protocols: build processes, train the team, organize documentation, set up communication and support monitoring.
The Research Site keeps medical responsibility and focuses on patient care. SMO Medical Technologies takes on the operational part: from communication with Sponsors and CROs to quality control and investigator-team support.
